Those who are trained have the ability to see and treat bleeding wounds with hemostatic dressings, pressure bandages, and tourniquets, just as they would in a real-life situation. When combined with the FEBSS Impact Simulation Trainer (FIST), the HydraSim provides visual hemorrhage simulation AND the auditory impact simulation associated with the point of injury during a traumatic event.
